Communications Plus began a relationship with Texas Emergency Care Center in 2006, starting with a MAP that addressed growth strategies for the company before the first center opened its doors. The goal: to establish a free standing emergency care center in Pearland, Texas, that would become the most viable and widely used "emergency room" in the area.

Texas Emergency Care Center opened the Pearland location in 2007 and a second location in Cypress in 2008. The company continues to exceed their growth goals with each passing year. Communications Plus' services for Texas Emergency Care Center include:
