Amy Dionne Client Services Director (a.k.a Chief Concept Officer) Amy Dionne has a passion for copywriting. Since joining Communications Plus in 1996 as a copywriter, her conceptual talents and writing skills have been utilized for Web site development, print and broadcast ads, direct mail, brochures and annual reports. Her creative talents in combination with her ability to effectively manage projects from concept to completion landed Amy a dual position in 1998 as writer/account executive. Her marketing savvy, management skills and keen interest in each client receiving the best service possible, subsequently led to her promotion to client services director in 2000. Ms. Dionne works strategically with clients to identify their marketing objectives and develop plans to accomplish their goals creatively. Subsequently, she collaborates with graphic artists and media contacts to ensure the individual client needs are met and closely monitored. Prior to joining Communications Plus, Ms. Dionne's agency experience included working as a Production Coordinator at Rives Carlberg (where she learned the ins and outs of production and print management) and as an Account Coordinator at The Design Source (where she served as a liaison between the creative department and clients). Ms. Dionne holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado, where she majored in Advertising at the School of Journalism and Mass Communications and minored in Marketing at the School of Business Administration. She is a member of SMPS Houston, Houston Advertising Federation and recently completed a three year stint on the board of Ad 2 Houston. In her spare time Amy is a fine arts photographer.
